All products sold on Exoticafrique.com can be returned for free! Only custom-made products and international deliveries cannot be returned.
You can initiate your return within 5 days of delivery. For example: If you received your order on the 5th, then you have until the 10th to request a return.
Products can be returned only during the 5 days following the delivery, with the below conditions:
- If the product is not as you expected/not as advertised; or
- If you don’t want the product anymore. Then the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and with all seals & tags intact
- If your fashion product is the wrong size. Then the product must be returned in its original packaging. All accessories, tags and free gifts must also be returned.
- For returns within Accra and Tema once your return is accepted, we’ll schedule for it to be picked up from your address.
- Requests received before 10am will be picked up on the same day or the next business day.
- Requests received after 2pm will be picked up on the following two next business days.
For returns outside these areas, you will have to drop-off the item at a one of the service centers of our logistics partner. We will send you a tracking number via SMS after the pickup has been arranged. We will immediately initiate your refund when we have received your package and it has passed our Quality Evaluation. Once your item has been retrieved, expect an overall duration of 10 working days to receive your refund, if the return is matching the returns conditions.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Products that have been altered from their original or opened by unauthorized personnel without permission.
- Product with tampered or missing serial Universal Product Code numbers (UPC).
- Perishable goods cannot be returned except a valid reason is raised at the point of delivery with affirmation from the dispatcher.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Products in beauty, health and personal care category.
- Jewelry, innerwear, bed sheets, lingerie and socks.
